Planting Seeds for Success

Gentle Chi’s™ history starts with the American Shorin-ryu Karate Association efforts back in the early 80’s to help court mandated teenagers change their lifestyles as they went through a 28 day rehab program and post care. At that time Gentle Chi™ was helping teenagers find their way to improved self-image and seeing that they could make better choices in their lives.

With over 40 years of teaching experience, Paul D. Keller heads the teaching and instructor’s certification program. Today Gentle Chi™ continues to be taught in places like Hazelden Springbrook integrating a long history of the calming and positive benefits of T’ai Chi, Chi Gung and other supportive progressive movements to help support improvements physically, mentally and emotionally. The process is viewed as an integrated whole as you follow a path toward positive change.
